Debe respondernos lo antes posible teniendo en cuenta que no garantizamos la disponibilidad antes de que haya una confirmaci\u00f3n de su parte.<\/p><p><strong><u>Cancelar una solicitud de cita<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Usted puede cancelar una solicitud de cita y pedir un reembolso de su pago. Tenga en cuenta que se le retendr\u00e1 el monto de 55 $ CA (este monto corresponde al costo de transacci\u00f3n).<\/p><p><strong><u>Cancelar una cita<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Usted puede cancelar una cita, notific\u00e1ndonos 2 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles (48 horas) antes de la hora prevista de su cita y le reembolsaremos su pago. Pasado este tiempo, se le cobrar\u00e1 el monto de 75 $ CA.<\/p><p><strong><u>Faltar a una cita<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Si no se presenta a su cita, o est\u00e1 ausente cuando intentamos comunicarnos con usted por videoconferencia a la hora prevista de su cita, tendr\u00e1 derecho a un reembolso parcial (50% de su pago).<\/p><p><strong><u>Llegar tarde a una cita<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Usted debe estar accesible al momento de su cita. Es posible que tenga que esperar su turno y que su cita sea un poco retrasada, esto es normal. Hacemos todo lo posible para respetar los tiempos programados, pero a veces una consulta es m\u00e1s larga y se sale de su franja horaria.
